Shipping Area
Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship products within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
International Shipping: At this time, Neylan Design does not ship products internationally.
Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on the majority of our orders. However, due to the size, weight, or special handling requirements of certain items, additional shipping charges may apply. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page and during the checkout process. Detailed information regarding shipping costs for specific items will be provided, ensuring transparency and no surprises.

Shipping Time
Standard Shipping: The average shipping time for standard delivery is 10-14 business days after order processing.
Expedited Shipping: We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Additional Information
Order Tracking: We will provide a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Neylan Design is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.
